- Damaged, misprinted or wrong item? Email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. You don't need to send it back.
- Personalized keepsakes are made just for you, so they can't be returned for a change of mind. You see a preview before ordering, and we check every order before it's made.
- Everything else (breed ornaments, doormats, toys) can be returned within 30 days if unused. Email us first and we'll send instructions.
- Changed your mind about an order? Email us within 12 hours and we'll cancel or edit it.
