1. About these terms

These terms apply when you visit zupetia.com or buy from us. "Zupetia", "we" and "us" mean the business that runs this store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we start production or ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card number.

4. Personalized items and your photos

When you upload a photo or text, you confirm that you took the photo or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to use them only to make, preview and ship your order. We won't use your photo in marketing without asking you first.

We may refuse to print content that is offensive, unlawful or uses someone else's trademarks or artwork.

Printed colors can look slightly different from your screen, and natural materials such as slate vary from piece to piece. These differences aren't defects.

5. Product information

We try to describe and photograph every product accurately. Product images may be mockups showing how the item will look. If something you receive doesn't match its description, our Refund Policy applies.

6. Shipping, risk and delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Responsibility for an item passes to you when it is delivered to the address you gave. If a package is lost in transit, we'll help as described in our Shipping Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Zupetia name, logo, site design, text and product designs belong to us or our partners. Please don't copy or reuse them without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
