Pet Memorial Slate Plaque - Your Pet's Photo & Name

A gentle way to remember a pet who meant the world. Your pet's photo and name are printed on natural slate beside the words Forever in our hearts, a keepsake for a desk, shelf or mantel.

How it works: upload a bright, clear photo of your pet and type their name, then preview it before you add it to your cart. We check every order before it's printed and email you if the photo needs adjusting.

Details: natural slate, 7 x 11 in, landscape. Because slate is a natural stone, the edges, texture and color vary slightly from piece to piece. Printed to order in the US. Order by December 12 for Christmas delivery.

Personalized items can't be returned for change of mind, but we'll replace any piece that arrives damaged or misprinted, free.
